Why I Febfast

This February I’ll be taking on FebFast for Lifeline, going alcohol-free for the month. After a less-than-successful attempt at laying off the drink in January (the delinquent in me had other plans all the way through the first week), February feels like the right time to reset and do it properly — this time for a great cause. Lifeline does incredible work supporting people through moments of crisis, providing connection and help when it’s needed most. It’s a cause I truly believe in. FebFast also lines up perfectly with my goals for the new year: cutting back on bad habits and leaning into healthier ones.Any support or donation is hugely appreciated and goes directly towards Lifeline’s lifesaving work. Thank you.

Every 24 seconds, someone in Australia reaches out to Lifeline for help, that is why I febfast

Any support or donation is hugely appreciated and goes directly towards Lifeline’s lifesaving work. I will be selling soft drinks and ice cream cones out of my 4wd within my workplace with proceeds going to the cause so if you see me around feel free to say hi and buy an ice cream cone or soft drink

 Thank you.

MY PROGRESS

Check out my Febfast calendar to see my progress! You can choose a date to sponsor me with a One-OFF Pass. It will give me a night off my challenge while still supporting Australians in crisis.

MY IMPACT SO FAR

I've raised $124 so far - that's 3 calls answered for Lifeline's crisis support hotline.

Every $39 helps power another call, offering hope and crucial moments of connection to people in their toughest moments. Will you back me with a donation?
