Suicide prevention is a cause that remains close to my heart. I never thought I would make it through this many years of my life. Mental health matters. If you or anyone you know has/is struggling with their mental health you matter and they matter. The biggest thing I have learnt in my mental health journey is that you don't get cured from a mental illness. Its learning how to manage it and preventing falling into a hole of darkness. My mental illness has been the hardest companion and battle within my life. Keep talking. No matter how weird or unexplainable the feeling is... someone else has felt it or been through it and are still alive today. Please donate to keep lifeline running because if you can't talk to someone you know talk to someone from lifeline.
