Why I Febfast
This Feb I’m doing my 4th Feb Fast and this year it really hits close to home 🤍 This fast will be dedicated to the beautiful Jess. I’ll be giving up both alcohol and sugar for the month of Feb. All the money raised is going to Lifeline — an organisation that shows up for people in their hardest moments. I think we’ve all had someone in our lives who’s needed extra support, someone who just needed to know they weren’t alone. Lifeline is there for those moments! Fasting is uncomfortable, but it’s nothing compared to what so many people are carrying every day. nnIf this helps even one person feel supported, it’s worth it.
