Why I Febfast
I signed up for FebFast…Not because I hit rock bottom.. relax 😌.. just because I realised my wine glass and I were spending a lot of quality time together 🍷. But the real reason is Lifeline, because when someone is struggling, having someone listen can literally change everything. Because life gets heavy sometimes and when someone is in crisis, a listening ear can be everything and might actually save life. That’s what Lifeline does, every single day. Meanwhile, I’m temporarily breaking up with wine 🍷 (we’re on a “it’s not you, it’s growth” break). So here’s the deal: If I can raw-dog reality without wine for a month… you can skip one dramatic little coffee ☕ and donate to a great cause. Support Lifeline.
