Why I Febfast
I’m taking on Febfast to support people in crisis and to honour someone very close to my heart. Anyone who knows me knows I love my beer and wine, but this month I’m slowing right down - for my own health, and for my beautiful sister Megsie, who we lost recently to mental health struggles.nnWe shared many great moments over a vino or two, or three… and I know she’d support this. Slowing down the booze can help with depression, clarity, and overall wellbeing.nnLife can feel overwhelming, and having someone like Lifeline to listen makes all the difference. Please support me by donating, and help Lifeline be there when it matters most.
MY PROGRESS
Check out my Febfast calendar to see my progress! You can choose a date to sponsor me with a One-OFF Pass. It will give me a night off my challenge while still supporting Australians in crisis.
MY IMPACT SO FAR
I've raised $204 so far - that's 5 calls answered for Lifeline's crisis support hotline.
Every $39 helps power another call, offering hope and crucial moments of connection to people in their toughest moments. Will you back me with a donation?

I have stared into the eyes of John McClane himself - but nothing has prepared me for this. No alcohol. For a whole month. I think back fondly to the beers we shared… to walk away from them now is not bravery. It is madness.
